Bringing over 20 years of experience in packaging and industrial processing, Paolo Pozzi has held leadership roles across R&D and customer service. His career spans from innovating new materials and processes to managing service teams in the paper manufacturing and pharmaceutical packaging industries. He has consistently driven measurable improvements in service efficiency, focusing on both operational excellence and corporate culture.
